This apartment has an area of 40 m2 and a private terrace of 15 m2. It is located on the first floor. There is a wooden floor. You enter the living room with a large lounge sofa and TV. At the rear a dining table and a pantry with refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and kettle. In the middle the bathroom with hand and rain shower, sink and toilet. At the rear is the bedroom with box-spring bed of 180x200 cm and access to the roof terrace. The apartment can only be reached by stairs.
